CVS Pharmacy

"For some reason this place tried to fill my prescription with a generic version after i specifically asked my doctor for a named brand one. It is impossible to talk to a pharmacist and fix this issue, nothing but bots. An error occurred on the CVS website when viewing my prescription's order details. It roughly took me an hour to get this resolved by finding the 800 CVS customer service number. The internet says CVS will replace your prescriptions with cheaper things to save money but no one asked for that, nor was it advised. And to top it all off, the name brand one I requested is cheaper than the generic. I also have to wait an extra day because they have to order it. I can't even transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Just to another CVS pharmacy. If you live in LA, and have to use third party pharmacies like me, use Vons/Albertsons pharmacies. Their prices are really good. I'll never use these squares again."
