They were incompetent and refused to acknowledge they had it despite proof that one of their employees signed for it. The pharmacy is already so small so there isn’t that many places to search in order to locate a package delivered less than 24 hours before. When I returned the next day, the employee was again rude, didn’t greet me, didn’t recognize the error and just silently handed me the package, turned his back to me and walked away!"
