"Michelle, who primarily answers the phone, was very rude today. I called to ask about the status of my prescription and i was told that she can’t help me and i would need to talk to the pharmacist? Never have i ever called and had to speak to the person in the back no matter what prescription i needed. I have almost always spoken to and had my medication status told to me by Michelle but suddenly today it seems she has brought a bad attitude from her home and into the professional workplace. This is NOT A PROFESSIONAL PHARMACY if you ask me and i will be considering my options."
