"Very very rude staff. Her name is Maryam Akhavan and she's also the supervisor there. I have never experienced such a rude, unprofessional customer service. Very disappointed. She is hanging up when you are talking , it happensseveral times and explaining that you are calling frequently. If she doesn't like her job, maybe that workplace is not for her. Very very disappointed. Never will use their services."

"they always claim they will contact the doctor for a prescription or a refill, and they never follow up. the doctor's office claim they fill the order, but the pharmacy never contacts me. Worst customer service"

"Maryam is USC Pharm.D and has apparently worked for some of the big LA hospitals like Cedars, etc. She is actually a nice person and a well trained pharmacist . USC and UCLA are rivals so some animosity between persons maybe expected being so close to the UCLA campus. One should support people that try to run a small private business, don't need to always run to the big corporate chain drug stores for their prescriptions. I say support small business! I worked with her as a coworker pharmacist elsewhere."
