"Incredibly rude. Answering the phone as if they are already irritated with me, I ask about the state of my prescription that was sent to them and with no explanation I'm told that she simply doesn't want to order it? Aren't you a pharmacy? This is an awful place to help you manage your personal health."

"This places hours make it almost impossible to fit picking up into your schedule. At the walk up window it took 5-10 minutes for anyone to even talk to me after I rang the bell and the place was dead. Then it took them 20 more minutes to tell me that they don't accept 3 of the most common insurances. Westside is inconvenient with pretty bad customer service."

The woman that answered the phone was very rude, cut me off, said "we don't have" and hung up. Plenty of other pharmacies with great customer service, I can't even imagine being a customer..."
