CVS Pharmacy

"I went to this location specifically to avoid the Main St location because their pharmacist was so bad. I walk in for a flu shot at the Lincoln location and sure enough the same pharmacist moved locations. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment someone else at the pharmacy told me she was on her lunch break and that I needed to come back in 30 mins. So I returned in 30 mins and the pharmacist tells me that she was going to the bathroom before and now she’s taking her lunch break and I’ll need to wait another 30 mins. Then they tell me they don’t accept my insurance. Insane that this person can’t handle a simple flu shot but are trusted with handling people’s medications."

"HORRIBLE PHARMACY!! if you have an important med that you need DO NOT GO HERE. they are always "short" and tell you misinformation. They made me go 2 weeks without my mental health meds and told me there was nothing i could do except wait, just to find out my script could be transferred if it had not been filled."

"Terribly mismanaged, understaffed overworked employees. Bad communication between this pharmacy and the main street CVS. No CVS policy for informing doctors if a medication is out/not available so the pharmacists just sort of do it if they feel like it, which is inconsistent. Substitute alternative medications when they are out of stock without informing patient or doctor. Taking my prescriptions to rite aid in Santa Monica, had a great experience there with the covid vaccine"
