"Steve was the best sales guy. He recommended LVP glue down flooring for our concrete floor in our commercial building showroom. He recommended a guy named Andy that is contracted with them to do the professional install. Andy came out and looked at the concrete floor before installing and also recommended that we should put the glue down LVP in. We shut down our showroom for a week so they could install the flooring. A week after the install the flooring started peeling up. They came back and re glued some pieces. Another week later all the flooring started to buckle and come up all over. We paid Andy and Capet city over $8000 and neither company will resolve the issue and both are blaming the concrete. Saying it is a moisture issue. Funny how both of them recommend the glue down. They had an “ independent”inspection guy come out to check it out. As of now I can’t get a copy of the inspection and both carpet city and Andy will not resolve this issue. I would never recommend carpet city to anyone."
