"Corporate office is in my hometown!! Called customer service and got a call center in the Caribbean. The customer no service representative knew nothing about coupons! This store chain runs promotions all the time with no product on the shelves. The distribution center is 30 miles away!! How does this happen ? Tried 4 different stores. Store managers know and do nothing about this problem. What a joke of a company!!"

"out of sale item private label soda. Company puts out a coupon on soda and 3 times visited store and NO Big K diet root beer soda. no display. Shelf allocation space is wrong. Also to many times signs at service counter saying closed due to help shortage ??? WHAT IS THE mgr. DOING ?? "The Metro Market 176030 W. Bluemound Rd, Brookfield MUST BE ON THS SALES PREVENTION PROGRAM. I was just attempted to buy over $100.00 plus grocery's at on 06/19/23 around 6pm. HOWEVER, my phone was dead and for whatever reason after I entered my alternative ID my total did not show the clipped coupon price. I went to Customer Service to PAY for my groceries so that I the coupons would be honored, easy. The clerk at the Customer Service desk asked me for my password attached to my KROGER card for them to look up my account. MY PERSONAL PASSWORD. She could not access my account so she would not complete the transaction without access to my information. I asked her to please ring the sale with the coupons and her EXACT WORDS WERE " DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY WE LOOSE DOING THAT?" my exact words back to her "DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH I"VE SPENT AT KROGER OVER THE LAST 50 YEARS?". I hope they don't loose money on the frozen items that were left in my cart that I wasn't going to purchase at full retail price and had to leave at the Customer Service Desk. Hey Kroger, nice way too treat the elderly!"

"Stopped at the New Berlin store - on a Wednesday, late morning. They had nothing stocked…or were completely out of stock of so much. The lemons in the bin were old and soft … the bagged lemons were covered in mold. No fried chicken ready - told not for at least an hour. They stopped carrying the frozen cod fillets. Drumsticks on sale but sold out except mint. Out of the Cheerios I had a digital coupon for. Bananas were already over ripe. I was able to get the last package of deli ham off the bone. Chicken leg quarters only packaged in 3’s - I couldn’t get 4 as I used to. It was a very frustrating grocery trip!!"
