"We had an outstanding experience with this office. The staff is kind, efficient and professional. The doctor did an excellent job of explaining everything that he was checking on my 11 year old. We were in and out (with x-rays) in under an hour. My son is having new issues 2 years later. It’s an easy decision to take him back here."

"My 3 year old son fractured his foot, and the urgent care referred us to this office. We made an appointment on a Monday for the next day (Tuesday) at 830am. When my husband arrived with my 3 year old son they casually mentioned that they had to cancel the appointment because the doctor was off (wouldn’t they have known that when scheduling the day before??). My husband asked if they had called us and they said no they hadn’t gotten to that yet….even though it was already our appointment time. This is completely unprofessional when dealing with children! We altered our son’s schedule, kept him home from school, etc. for them to cancel nonchalantly while he was already at the office. My husband said the level of unprofessionalism by the staff was appalling."

"Do not see Dr. Weinert! I’m appalled that he works with children. He treated my easy going three year old (with a double fracture) like a rag doll. When removing her cast, he grabbed her arm without any explanation and started sawing into the cast without giving her the ear protection, the cloth that covered her (and I since she was on my lap) all of the debris got into our clothes, and did it all with such aggression that my daughter was scared and cried. And to be clear, my three year old had already had her cast removed and put back on by another doctor and did not cry once. This man should never be working with children— the fact that he is in pediatrics is appalling. He shouldn’t treat any person that way!"
