"I would like to say that Dr. Lin and his PA Genevieve and his staff have been so amazing! I had to have neck surgery and was very overwhelmed and nervous but Dr Lin and his staff always made me feel comfortable and would and will answer any questions I have. Dr. Lin did an amazing job on the surgery given that fact I needed a lot of work done, his PA Genevieve is also amazing! They are very attentive and caring, I would highly recommend align spine"

"Dr. Lin did major neck fusion on my husband. He had to remove hardware from a previous surgery (not done by Dr. Lin) and fuse above and below the previous fusion. He was not only a great surgeon (my husband is recovering very well and the pain he experienced before is gone) but he takes time to discuss options and actions. Also I cannot say enough good things about his office staff. Genevieve his PA was outstanding and was responsive on a Sunday when we needed medicine refill and the pharmacy didn’t have what was prescribed. She texted me right back anytime I reached out to her. Rene, his office manager also responds right away with anything that we needed. Any other staff we deal with have been kind and professional. We so appreciate this doctor and all his office staff and highly recommend him and them. We wish we could give 10 stars!"

"1st let me start by saying that when I came in to see Dr. Lin I could hardly walk I was in so much pain. He read my MRI and explained thoroughly what was going on. He gave me options but also explained that surgery was the only thing that would fix me. I needed a laminectomy, a discectomy, and fusion of 3 vertebrae. I was very scared and really had no idea that I needed to have so much work done. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed and I knew that he truly cared about me and my health. On the day of the surgery He was so calm and kind throughout the entire process of getting me into the surgery room. I am terrified of needles, I mean hyperventilating, shaking, crying like a baby scared! Dr. Lin was so empathetic of this. He even tried to get the anesthesiologist to give me gas before they put in the IV. Sadly, the anesthesiologist would not do this so my poor boyfriend had to watch the horror unfold of that IV going in. They wheeled me into the surgery room and the calm demeanor of everyone in the surgical room put me at ease immediately. I was no longer scared of having the surgery done. I could tell they had done this so many times before and that I was in amazing hands. I knew instantly when I came out of the anesthesia that Dr. Lin had fixed me. All of the nerve pain was gone. I could tell that all I had left was surgical pain that I knew I could recover from. Every time I saw Dr. Lin in the hospital he was kind and continued to answer my questions. He was empathetic to the fact that I threw every person out of my room who wanted to draw my blood. He smiled at me and said he was more than OK with that and he'd only lean on me if he had a concern that needed blood work done. I never got a needle poked into me again while in the hospital thanks to Dr. Lin. When it came time for him to pull the drain out of my surgical wound, he was kind enough to walk me through the process. Every step of the way explaining exactly what he was doing. He assured me that pulling the drain would not hurt, and it did not. This man has the patience of a Saint! His entire staff is wonderful!! Genevieve, Dr. Lin's P.A., is equally as kind, compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and caring as Dr. Lin is. I could not have gotten through this surgery without the two of them! Ray, Dr. Lin's appointment setter, is compassionate and patient and helped me get all my appointments set up prior to surgery. He answered my phone calls and my emails with such efficiency it was unreal! Renee, the expert at helping you get leave of absence and California state disability set up, was helpful and kind and so knowledgeable! The entire front staff is kind, caring, and compassionate. If you have back trouble and need surgery, Dr. Lin is your guy!! I cannot recommend him enough!! Thank you everyone at Align Spine Center, you guys are truly the best at what you do!"

"Dr. Lin is amazing. I had a Laminectomy with him in March 2021 with excellent results. I have been pain free since recovery. No issues. Not only does he have great bedside manner, he listens and wants to help. I can't say enough about this surgeon as well as his staff. His NP Genavive is just as competent and a pleasure to interact with. I couldn't recommend Dr. Lin more for any of your spinal Laminectomy needs!"

"Dr. Lin is a life saver! I had herniated discs and could barely stand or walk without extreme pain! I had pain shooting down my leg all the time and it was life changing. I was not my normal self and couldn’t do normal daily activities. Dr. Lin was so understanding and listened and knew exactly how I was feeling. He even moved my original surgery date up after knowing how much pain I was in. Everyone on his staff was so helpful and nice. They answered my questions along the way. I have recommended Dr. Lin to friends and family. The surgery was an easy process and I was pain free as soon as I woke up from the anesthesia. It was the best thing I have done! I am so happy with the results. I had slight inflammation after my surgery and Dr. Lin gave me medicine for that and talked about taking it easy as I get back to my normal routine.
