"Did 2 and a half rounds of PT with them and they were great, then I had to have surgery and was referred back to them post op and I left multiple messages for them to try and schedule my first appointment over the course of 3 weeks. Finally got ahold of them and their first appointment available is 2 weeks out. Despite my best efforts to do some PT and stretches at home I can feel the site becoming harder to flex and move. I can appreciate that they are busy but 3 weeks with no return phone call or acknowledgement at all is a bit ridiculous. When I finally got ahold of someone the only thing they had to say was "Oh, yes, I remember your messages and had a note to call you." While they may be a team of good people, I am losing functionality of a limb and I really don't appreciate how flippant their disregard is. All of the work to recover from an injury and it's the PT office that is going to set me back."

They always try their best to make me feel comfortable and are quick to strike up a conversation, which really helps to take my mind off of any discomfort or pain that I may be experiencing. The staff is always helpful and accommodating with scheduling appointments, cancellations, and authorizations, and they consistently pick up the phone quickly to provide any assistance. In general, I've never had to wait long to receive the care that I need. The physical therapists and physical therapy assistants are incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and they always make sure to explain the exercises or identify my problem in a clear and concise manner.
