"Tony J Chavis MD in Norwalk, CA owner of clinica wee care is NOT a very kind or caring person, especially in the morning. I took my 6 month old in (as a walk in) because she had been bitten by an insect and i was local to the clinic when it happened. So at the front desk i began to explain to the FO-assistant, who then timidly asked tony chavis who was standing behind an adjacent wall if it was ok if she accepted us. Tony J Chavis threw such a hissy fit for me not calling in ahead of time to advise her staff of my arrival. I tried to explain to her but she kept declaring "She does not take walk-ins" at her facility. advising her i do not wish to argue with her, she tried to put the front office girl in the midst of her petty argument by declaring i was harassing her personnel. I asked the poor girl at the front if i was harassing her and she simply looked at me with a clumsy smile shaking her head as if saying please don't put me in this. Tony chavis out of spite then demanded that her front office girl call omni-care, which is the health care organization she is part of to have us switched to another doctors office. I told her i would do this on my own, but she called the care provider switching us without my consent. I in turn received a call from Omni-care and explained to the lady what had happened. She then explained to me that dr. tony chavis has done this to 10 other people this week and that 3-formal complaints have been filed already. well, mine will make the fourth. hopefully they discharge this doctor from their organization, she seriously has a poor attitude and should NOT be dealing with the public. whats next malicious diagnosis's out of spite. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS CLINIC Trust me, you will be better off."
