"Best physical therapy I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot). I have multiple injuries from decades of running and multiple pregnancies. Everyone from Dr Scott down to the interns have been phenomenal. As I am entering middle age, I thought my competitive running days were over. However they have helped me make so much progress in such a short amount of time. 5 stars. No notes. Highly recommend."
"Taking my teenage son. Started with a wonderful PT, we asked for after hearing good things about her, during the first visit. Pain was decreasing & new knowledge gained. Very pleased. The front desk offered a day & time for follow up & I said that it worked. Turns out, it was with a PTA we were not working with. They printed out a paper with the name, but it was quickly shoved into the diaper bag as I had my hands full. No mention was made by the front desk about the provider change. Next visit I went to, I was told not to go back with my son as it was too crowded. I spoke to the front desk about my disappointment about being switched providers without any notification. She brought out the guy in charge to talk to me. Without knowing the whole story, he's repeatedly telling me it was a miscommunication on both sides. Which would be fine if it were, but it wasn't. It doesn't seem like a good practice to switch providers on someone without mentioning it. He said they won't put you with different providers unless your schedule doesn't work with the provider you want, but nobody asked me my schedule & I have a lot of open times & days. Also, my son DID end up being put with a different provider for his next visit bc there were no openings. Honestly, that's just how it goes sometimes, so not the end of the world. It was the not taking accountability when all I was doing was telling them was that in the future, it would be appreciated not to do that, that left a bad taste in my mouth. Not everyone will have this next experience, but it is mine. They have me pay $93 each visit as a "good faith" payment (it is not my copay). The guy in charge said I'd end up paying more later if I didn't pay it up front. Not sure how you add on a charge for paying later, but I pay it because of the good reviews & good first day experience. Lastly, the PTA my son was put with on the 3rd visit had overlapping clients about 20 minutesinto his session. So, he would leave my son to it, then go work on someone else. He did this with 3 different clients at the same time. And at the end of his session, the PTA did not touch base with me about anything, which would have been nice as my son is 15 & not going to be asking all the questions an adult would."
"I had already seen 2 MDs before I was referred to California Rehabilitation. I was giving up on ever resuming my normal active lifestyle. Dr. Karlyn was the first to hold out hope. She really listens. After only six weeks of therapy I’m out of my ACL brace and walking and sleeping with minimal pain. This is a no frills facility, with really knowledgeable therapists and kind staff. Highly recommend!"
"I have had physical therapy over the years by many different therapists for a variety of reasons, but Scott and his staff are far and away the best experience I have had. I have made great progress from my shoulder replacement surgery thanks to Scott. I actually look forward to every visit. Scott is enthusiastic professional and extremely knowledgeable!! Don't hesitate to go to this facility if you are in need of PT."
