"PA James Hager was an absolute jerk. He is very cocky and has no compassion for people in pain. When I was confused about leaving the same same way I got there he responded, “what do you expect, I don’t have a magic ward to wave around!” I then told him I didn’t need his attitude, he then got up and walked out the room. When I made the comment he is rude he just laughed out loud and went to his (not his) office. Dr. Valdez is a kind, compassionate man and this Hager guy is a poor representation of him."

"Hagar and Valdez are pretty awesome, but because of the delays I'm having with appointment times, and the excruciating pain I have on top of it makes it an issue. This could also have to do with my current insurance. As far as the rest of the staff, that's another problem, because a lot of them come across quite rude. Not all, but some, to be fair. However, if I could give Hager and Valdez 5 stars each individually, I would."
