"Front office ladies need to be trained or need to be reminded that they should appreciate their Job. These office clerks need to have more empathy for the patient. They have no customer service at all, I believe someone from corporate should do a secret patient visit just to see how they treat their patients. Maybe that is one reason many of us have moved to PIH or other health centers. They have the worst customer service, have attitude with patients when asking question on how to fill out forms. Maybe they forget why they are their or have taken their job for granted."

"Super disappointed with this facility! They never take you in on time(Wait is 1-1.5 hours) and they are terrible at communicating. I began seeing my OBGYN in March 2022, I am now 6 months pregnant and on my last visit, I find out that it is my doctor's LAST DAY because she is RETIRING! No one cared to let me know, not even the doctor because I saw her in June and she failed to mention this! I am a first-time mom and this is already overwhelming as it is and now searching for a new doctor which is something that I did not want to do! They had zero compassion or consideration for me. Maybe give patients the option of moving forward with a doctor that you are very well aware is retiring!! I am sure her decision was not overnight! DO NOT GO HERE!!"

"So I was up by 3am with my daughter because she had ear pain I was looking for a urgent cares near me and I found one opened at 8 perfect right. Well wrong I drove over and the front office assistant ask if I had an appt. I told her no cause being an urgent care I had the understanding you could walk in and be seen well she said next time you should call instead because you need an appt. and since you have insurance we can't see you that we had to see our Dr. I told her I would pay cash because we couldn't be seen until the day after and she says oh so you just don't wanna go there fine let me ask my supervisor. She came back and said no I can't be seen and walks away well I was speechless but luckily I found a urgent care that didn't need an appt. and they saw my daughter within 10 min. This place just left a bad taste so no I will never come back here even if my insurance said it was the only place I had to go I would rather pay hundreds of dollars then come here with rude people that have no compassion for a child."

"I have been coming to this office since it was Talbert. I've never had a bad experience, as all the nurses and front desk ladies were always nice and helpful. Cristina is always answering my phone calls and she's a gem. Everyone from the lady that takes your temperature and checks you in, to NP Cynthia Mathews. They have always been there to listen to my concerns and make me feel at ease."

"Health care partners in Downy is a clean medical center, The Nurses are great, My primary care Doctors that I've had in the past 20 years have been excellent. Until I was assigned to a new Doctor Named: Dr Phan, the worse Doc I could ever have. He is there for a pay check not because he cars about his patients. I'm so disappoint in health care partners. I will soon be changing my Doc"
