"Because of insufficient specifications about a riding mower engine on Amazon, I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. All the specifications were exact on this engine, except the crankshaft size. This new engine I ordered had a smaller crankshaft than the one I was replacing and disqualified it for use. I contacted Amazon and was told the engine was provided by a third party and I would have to contact them about a replacement. That third party was Equipatron. I contacted them to talk about returning the first engine and ordering another one that had the exact specification for replacement. From that time forward, this process was as flawless and speedy as any I have ever done. The agent at Equipatron made me feel very comfortable with the process, matched my old engine model with one they had, and gave explicit detail on what I needed to do. After receiving (email) the return label for the wrong engine, I repacked it and carried it to the shipper, but before that even happened, Equipatron sent me a notice that my re-order was complete. By the next day they notified me that the replacement engine had shipped! I was astonished at the lightning-fast turnaround! That engine arrived two days later at my home, and we were able to install it at once. I have done business with a lot of companies through Amazon, but I have never had the level of service I got from Equipatron. This is a fantastic company!
