"This place used my aunt & uncle who are elderly as well as veterans for 37,000. Left them with nothing. Do not go to this person ever Edit seeing the response. According to your other reviews & the better business bureau you clearly have a habit of not finishing jobs. Considering my family is left without running water, cooking in their garage for the past 3 months. It’s not blown out of proportion. You’re a joke & there will be consequences legally following this."

She has always provided great design ideas and creative solutions to challenging configurations. She has a great eye for color. True, communication is never the best, but in the end the quality and price is worth the professional gaps."

"If I could give them negative stars I would. Our kitchen cabinet project was a disaster. The process itself took longer than estimated, and Corinne was extremely rude and unfriendly throughout the whole process. A few months after our initial installation, our painted cabinets started buckling and warping in several spots. This continued to the point of several points of damage, mostly on seams and in corners. After contacting Creative Wood products, they promised they would get back to me as soon as they could fit me in. This ended up taking SIX MONTHS, just for them to come look at the damage; it was continuous emails of mine being ignored. Corinne was standoffish when she finally came to look at our cabinets, but recognized that they were severely damaged. She took the damaged cabinets with her, promising a two week finish date. After three weeks with no contact, I called to find out hey hadn't even started them. By the time they were ready, I was forced to drive an 1 1/2 hours to pick them up myself, as they would not agree to bring them back to me. I arrived and my cabinets were unwrapped and covered in dust for me to load myself. I was too angry to look at them, so I loaded them up and headed home. It wasn't until inspecting them at home that we realized they were damaged more than they were to begin with. My four-year-old could've done a better job. I have 25 pictures of major imperfections in the paint job. Also during this, Corinne tried to charge me for the repair, blaming me for "water damage." After consulting several professionals, I found out that the damage on my cabinets was caused by lack of sealant put over the paint. Generally 5 ml of sealant will prevent damage such as ours, but some companies try to skip corners and only use 3 ml. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Creative Wood Products for anything EVER."
