"Taking on any home remodel project can be a daunting task, but from start to finish, FloorQuest was amazing to work with. Patty went above and beyond to help us find a flooring that met our needs and was within our budget. Our goal was to replace the carpet in the great room and hallways with luxury vinyl plank and replace the flooring in the foyer, kitchen and dinette to match. We went into the process not knowing if we wanted the floor to match our current trim or if we would end up replacing our trim, so we found ourselves at a crossroads when it was time to select a color. With some guidance, we found a color that we both liked and with Patty’s background in interior design, we felt confident in the color that we chose. After the measurements were taken, the product was ordered and installed in less than 3 weeks. It could have been installed sooner, but we were not prepared for such a quick turnaround time and needed time ourselves to prepare and move furniture around our home. The installers (Patrick and helper) showed up at our home on time and were very friendly. They laid out their plan so that I knew what they would be working on and what I could expect them to complete by the end of the day. They were very mindful of the fact that I was working from home during that time too. The install took 2 1/2 days total. After each day, they picked up all their tools and straightened up everything so that we could still get from one side of the house to the other during the evening. Overall, the product looks great and you can tell that the installers take pride in the work they do. The transformation of the living room and hallways from carpet to LVP turned out great and we could not be happier. We have received so many compliments from friends and family and we feel like we have more living space. Thank you, Patty (and team) at FloorQuest for making the whole process so easy!"

"Choosing the colors for the flooring and counters for our new Miracle home from the sample pieces was a little overwhelming, because I wasn't sure how it would all turn out. I am so thankful for Sue Mesa's help! Sue listened to the descriptions of what I wanted and helped me find the samples of floor and counters that went well together. I felt more confident in my decisions because I could tell Sue is great at what she does. I left the store excited and very pleased with the selections Sue helped me with.
