Exer Urgent Care - Tarzana

"I don't know why this place has 4 stars still with so many bad reviews. I was misdiagnosed and told the doctor I have had 7 blood clots and I know that's NOT what is happening now, but unfortunately my wife was on speakerphone and heard him insisting on his guess, so I was pretty much forced to go to the ER and waste $350 so my wife wouldn't have a panic attack. Waste of money, time, and pain. Avoid. This doctor knows he's a hack and is just there for the $$$. They're also pretty unprofessional, and have no problem telling you it's too late to see a doctor even 45 minutes before closing. Pathetic. Someone needs to investigate these scammers."

"When I got to the urgent care there was so many people waiting to be seen and I thought I would have to wait for a very long time but surprisingly I was seen in a timely manner and PA Chanel was incredibly informative, thorough, detailed and very patient with me and all many questions. I was sick for over 2 months, then quickly recovered within a week after seeing her. Highly recommend this clinic for everyone!!"

"Im new to woodland hills so finding a good urgent care near by was essential. Exer is a very nice and clean clinic. I only waited 10mins to be seen. Staff at the front desk are patient and helpful. The nurse I had was a great guy, and Doctor David was awesome. Definitely will come back here whenever I need immediate care. Highly recommend! 10/10"

"The wonderful staff here were so kind! They were sympathetic and caring. I injured my knee in a fall and they actually gave me a wheelchair ride to my car in the parking lot. All of the staff had such great attitudes. I’ve rarely seen so many caring people. I almost felt bad for being injured!"

"this is the best place to go ever if you are in need of urgent care. My entire family, including both of my kids and my husband always go this clinic. Besides, the fact that the place is spotless, and very calm, the medical staff and the front desk are exceptional and so helpful."
