"This is my go to for urgent care. Clean clinic and great customer service from the staff. Extremely fast wait (10 mins) for a Saturday afternoon. Nurses and doctor were professional and extremely thorough. Took care of me and the whole visit went smooth. All around great experience. Thank you Exer!"

"Allan is the laziest person in the front desk. Several times l have to go to another clinic because he is there. He knows that people have trouble getting all the information through the phone but he can’t move a finger to help . Poor customer service, please don’t waist your time and go somewhere else."

"I went to Calabasas Urgent Care a week ago with ear pain. The doctor looked and said they had to wash my ear. The nurse start washing and since anything came out and she didn’t have more warm water. She started washing with cold water. I got super dizzy and she came back saying I had to buy a medicine at drug store to put in my ear for 5 days. The doctor didn’t come back to talk to me. I did like she said but my ear started hurting again at night. I went back 6 days after my first visit but the doctor said he couldn’t check my ear because they wanted to wash it again. I said please just ask the doctor to look if it has any infection. You don’t need to wash. The woman said No, they need to wash properly and they were almost closing. She said they take patients till 7:30 pm. I went back next day after work they said the doctor couldn’t see me because they take clients till 7:00 pm. I explained I couldn’t go earlier because I was working and my ear was hurting. The guy said No and he was super rude. I’ve paid $80,00 co pay for nothing. Horrible Urgent Care."
