"A coronavirus test has been developed on the basis of equipment and funds donated by a Member State and has been specifically designed to avoid any drain on the medical resources of our city and host country. Subject to capacity and availability of funding, the program could be extended and expanded to support testing for family members of United Nations staff in New York. As per host city and host country directives, staff must remain at home when sick, except for medical emergencies, and arrangements will be made for staff testing at their sites. The test is done only through mobile services, and the test is not done in the medical service clinics in the General Secretariat building. A coronavirus test can be done through fluids in the nose or the mouth, and usually requires the patient to have symptoms of the virus, preferably a fever and cough. It requires specialized equipment to take swabs and run the test, and must be ordered by a doctor, and samples may be taken at a primary care provider, urgent care clinic, or hospital emergency department. The fact that is it open to people 7 days of the week , with a walk being welcomed certainly is why I rate this a well deserved 5 stars. working long hours means it isn't always possible to find other clinics open late or on weekends , most are closed by the time you finish work in the evening, which I know for me is a real disappointment. The cosmetic non-surgical proceedures offered make this stand out for me!"

"The owner of this urgent care is shady!!! He isn’t actually in network with any insurance plans. He is just charging what ever he wants to people who don’t know any better. In the time I was waiting around two people came in to complain that they called their insurance and they weren’t supposed to be charged any copay for their covid tests. And they don’t actually have a doctor in the office. Be careful coming here. And expect to get a bill in the mail stating you owe money because this supposed urgent care is not in network. The owner Shaun is only for profit not for the actual care of his patients. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"
