"This place is all about the insurance money, they don't give two craps about you. My treatment center sent me to detox for seven days. However, they tried keeping me hostage, literally and did not want to let me go. They wanted to keep me there for 30 days after instructions from my trratment center and Dr that I only needed seven days. I saw Dr Dan, which prescribed me medications I did not need, again its all about trying to get money out of my insurance. I threatned I would make a formal complaint because they were violating many of my rights, Nicole being the B![th that she is and I qoute say "so your going to snitch on us" I replied, I am goimg to advocate for my rights. I asked them millions of times to let me speak with monica from my treatment center and they lied saying she didn't want to speak with me, I confirmed this when I was released and spoke with monkca at my IOP treatment center, she never new i was trying to contact her. They did the best to keep me from calling anyone from my cellphone and keeping my personal possessions away from me. Although this place may look beautiful don't be confused they are only here to highly medicate you so that they may be able to manipulate you, they take advantage of individuals in their vulnerable state. I would not recommend this place to anyone, please do your research on these places and don't be lied to by the fake reviews below. They are only out to get your insurance money and drug you on diazapam. Horrible Horrible Horrible place. I am In the process of filing a complaint. Please be careful, as Dr Dan as well is a scam and does not care about you and would prescribe you anything he wants to even if you say you don't want or need it. I am warning everyone one to stay away from this money grab scam they are all in it!"

"I came to Altitude broken, lost, confused and defeated. I thought I had no options. I am so grateful for Nicole going above and beyond getting me to their doors. The staff was gentle and accommodating to my needs, but also held me accountable. The facility was clean, organized and comforting. They gave me time to decompress, but also provided amazing classes that kept me engaged. I felt safe and supported. They guided me to the next step of my recovery helping with my placement in a sober living and programming. I just past the benchmark of 18 months sober and I reflect on how it all started. it started with Altitude. I have unfortunately been to many detox and residential facilities, none of them came close to what Altitude has to offer. If you want help and ready for a change, I highly suggest you take the small step and make the call."

"I would have liked to stay 30 days but my stay here was cut short due to medical reasons (on my own accord) which the staff was so helpful with. I was really getting into the daily group meetings and personal self care and growth. The staff was super helpful and friendly with my day to day overall mood and needs. The rooms are large and clean, big bathroom. The Dr. was easy to talk to and she suggested some options that have helped me in the long run. Overall I highly recommend Altitude if you need help with addiction, it's OK to ask for help!"

"My name is Grant and I'm definitely an alcoholic. My stay at Altitude was just what I needed to get my head straight. I am from Ohio and have never been to the West coast but recovery took me there. I have nothing bad to say about this place. The staff treated me with respect and talked with me about their struggles with substance abuse, candidly. They understood me and loved me until I could love myself again. The house is amazing, is surrounded by roses and has a swimming pool (I swam everyday.) The food is deliciously prepared daily and they have plenty of snacks, let's just say, I was never hungry. We took trips to the beach, we meditated, we did yoga, I had a personal trainer (to my self basically). God knows that this place means well and believes in the people who decide to make this "the place" they start their journey of happy destiny."
