"I was referred here, spoke to the Dr. Alpern on the phone for two minutes, just for him to tell me that he’d call me back once he reviewed imaging done by my doctor. That was in early March. Nobody ever called me back. Received a bill for $50 in the mail. If you can, go somewhere else."

"Waited one hour to receive the scheduled consult; still waiting. Called their office, no one answers. Will ask the VA to find another service and suggest they read the reviews and remove this service from their list."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. I am so disappointed with Dr. Ghonda who just cancelled my appointment only two hours before because I have a $200 balance. I have waited weeks for this appointment and it is very important to my health. I am a single mom and struggling just to stay afloat during this pandemic and if they would have told me ahead of time, rather than two hours before my appointment time, I could have made arrangements to make this payment so that I could have this much needed and long awaited appointment. It isn't even an in-person appointment, but a phone appointment! The doctor was more concerned about getting his lousy $200 than in caring for his patients and their well-being. This appointment was so important to me that I would have put aside grocery money even to take care of it if I had known. Their only comment was that they have sent me bills in the mail so I should have made sure to pay. I pay my bills, but bare necessities have had to take a priority the last few months, just like thousands of other people struggling to get through loss of income on such a significant scale. A doctor refusing to care for patients in this way during this time is the opposite of what a doctor should stand for. Shame on you Dr. Ghonda!"
