"I went to Urgent Ortho because I was experiencing severe pain in my right groin area due hip osteoarthritis. Andrew Armstrong was my PA, requested current X-rays, discussed what he found and recommended a protocol to reduce my pain level. He recommended a hip replacement as did my orthopedic specialist but I needed some pain management asap. Andrew was thorough, very knowledgeable about treatment options and gave me an alternative to try. Dr, Armstrong was excellent, I never felt rushed and received nothing short of exemplary care!"

"The staff and the Dr’s were great. Sprained my ankle and went in to have it checked out. Got an x-Rey promptly and saw the Doc quickly. Bedside manner was great. Would go there again if I needed to."

"Dr. Andrew Armstrong was amazing! He took quality time to listen and understand the medical issue I was having. His diagnosis and treatment plan brought the relief and healing that I was seeking. The Xray Tech, had a good bedside manner. The front desk staff, could use some customer service training and more continuity in their paper work process. When I called to make the appointment a very nice person, took the time to gather my personal and medical information. But when I arrived, the front desk person continued to take multiple phone calls and did not even acknowledge that I was there. After waiting for quite some time, she said started the check in process, but then said she was off and had to go and did not finish the check in process and just left me standing there. The new person came in for a shift change, I had to wait for her to login and then in a rude manner proceed to tell me that she had none of my information and said I had to go through the entire process again. I recommend customer service training and/or a patient portal to minimize redundancies of information gathering. The front desk staff experience was less than desirable, but once you get behind the doors to the clinical staff, is is an outstanding experience!"

"I called late in the day, they got me in right away and everyone was so kind. I was so glad to see Andrew Armstrong PA-C. He gave me a brace so I don’t have to worry my knee cap will dislocate while waiting to see surgeon. I didn’t want to have to go to ER so this was such a great option."

"Waited on promptly. Dr and other staff very friendly and professional. Took xrays of my foot. Dr arrived in my room. He was very professional. , and honest about his findings. Because my foot had a break and other problems he referred me to a specialist. I was scheduled for appointment with the specialist right there. Felt like I was in good hands."
