"DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Please drive 5 min to Arcata, it's worth the extra time. The owner/manager was extremely rude and upleasant, and yelled at me for starting my wash at 735 pm. I was aware of the time and was going to be out of the location by 9pm their listed close time. Despite the fact we "spoke", he didn't disclose he was planning to close early. He was locking up 30 min before 9pm. Luckily I was hanging around in my car making a call otherwise my clothes would have been locked in until the next morning. Terrible customer service. I travel for work and often use laundry facilities in small towns. I have never had such a strongly negative experience at any other laundromat. I can not more strongly recommend that you use a different facility!!!"
