"They won't cut your hair unless you have an appointment. I stopped by and there was nobody waiting and an open chair and they said they didn't have any available for 3 hours. There are plenty of other places to get your hair cut."

"The gal I had- jasmyne- completely butchered my hair. One side was longer than the other, she didn’t give me the asymmetrical bob I asked for. Never asked for a photo of what I wanted. Waxed my eyebrows too and made them uneven as well. I went back on Monday- Angela- the gal who fixed it was amazing."
