"We have had multiple cows processed here and have been greatly pleased with the packaging and the cuts made to our beef. They are attentive to our wants and intended uses of the beef, so they are helpful in letting us know what our options are for varying parts. We found this very useful when we were first starting out. We also enjoy their house made jerky and snack sausages. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their beef quarters cut and handled well."

"Took a whole Black Angus Cow in and got 2 Ribeyes and 5 T-Bone steaks!! What a JOKE!! These people are the biggest co-artists in all of Southern MN!! It was all garbage. Tasted like I was eating an old shoe. The Black Angus that I took in was a 1250lb cow. It should have been the best steak. But I got an old Holstein back. I’m telling all my farmer friends and everyone i know NOT to go here!! I didn’t even realize what I got when I picked it up but just eating on it now. This is NOT the animal I brought in.."
