"Customer service is excellent. They sell medical equipment. I come here for my medications. Unfortunately I cannot stand for long periods of time. And I have to squat down during my wait or stand in line with extremely painful feeling in my back. I would love if they had chairs for customers to sit on during their wait. Perhaps have a ticket system. Delivery service is available, if you are home to answer the door. Still a great option if your unable to pickup medications."

"My mother is in the hospital and they told us yesterday evening that she was coming home just 1.5 days later. I scrambled and looked up reviews, asked friends etc. and serendipitously I came upon Watsonville Pharmacy. Living south nearly an hour my gut was this was a longshot. I was lucky enough to reach Rebecka who made my stressful search a breeze. Hospital bed, mattress alarm, rails, hospital tables, toppers, ongoing sanitary supplies, check, check, check. Rebecka did everything for me, quick quote and even committed to delivery THE SAME DAY!!!! Wow. The prices were quite reasonable and the service superb. On the receiving and set up, my brother was helped by Anthony or Tony as he prefers. Trunkey delivery, explanation, demonstration of function and all quite professional. We were in a really tight spot and Watsonville Pharmacy was absolutely stellar in every facet. Rebecka and Tony.....THANK YOU GREATLY!!! You rock. 5 start first class all the way around! "I was waiting over an hour for a prescription ready for pick up text or a call and never received one. I went in to ask directly if the prescription was ready for pick up, it was. I made sure they had my number before hand so I don’t know why they didn’t text or call me. With every visit, their eyes tell me they are dead inside but I don’t really expect them to fake a cheerful smile on their faces but I do expect them to at least be competent. My day started off good but was soured by this visit... I might be just harsh so take this review with a grain of salt."

"AWESOME customer service. Rachel in particular was incredibly helpful and kind. I ran out of one of my son’s medical items. I called a medical pharmacy in Santa Cruz and had to call three times to speak with someone who could help me. When I finally got ahold of the person she said she needed today check and would call back. I never heard from her. When I called Watsonville Pharmacy, they connected me right away with Rachel. She placed me on a brief hold, got back on and told me it was in stock. Because of my son’s medical condition, she took all the information over the phone and then they brought it out to my car when I got there. Great, friendly, personal service. Thank you for taking a potentially stressful situation and making it so pleasant. And thank you Rachel for your kindness."
