"They send a text message your meds are ready and that is never the case. It either has been made or is "lost". The drive thru is almost never open. I had an ER visit and only CVS was open. Dr. Sent meds to be picked up there and they took it upon themselves without my consent to take over my regular meds. Oh heck no. I called to have them change it back. Not only did they keep me from getting my meds without my Dr. Reissuing the meds I have to start over. The individual who answered from the pharmacy slammed the phone while I was talking. Minus starts for CVS Pharmacy. I would rather wait for Monday then get anything from CVS."

"This place is absolutely terrible. I switched over from them years ago because they were SO slow. The only reason I have to use them now is because Nob Hill decided to close their pharmacy. Yesterday, I showed up at 3:40PM, and I didn't leave the pharmacy until 4:45PM. I waited in the drive thru for over an hour for prescriptions that were ready at 1PM. That makes no sense! Then my name was switched to my married name, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, so now I'm on day five of no inhaler because they're sending my doctor the wrong information. It's cool. Not like I need to BREATHE or anything!!!"

"Needed my daughters first prescription and they said that I could pick it up in 30 minutes. I arrived and everything looked good, about to checkout then they said they couldn't provide the medicine since the pharmacist wasn't there. I had just talked to the pharmacist who said I could pick it up right at that time. They said that they needed to do a consultation. I have never been to a pharmacy that requires them, my doctor already went over the medication. Very unhappy with their service as they seem to get our own prescriptions wrong half the time. They also told us at first that the medication wasn't in stock. I hope they aren't getting their medication mixed up. Now I know why its not busy here very often."
