Khang Pharmacy

"UPDATE 1/6/24: They have updated their hours on their site to show they are now closed on Saturdays. OP: Horrible service. Their posted hours show they are open on Saturdays but on 12/9/23 I called them and nobody answered. I noticed that the number read back to me when call went to voicemail was not the number I called. I saw my medical provider listed a different phone number so I tried that one and noticed once again that it went to the same number as before. But this time someone answered with just ‘hello’. I asked if this was Khang Pharmacy and got a quiet ‘yes’. After a few questions I was informed that they were closed that day, I let the person know that their website showed they were open so they could update it, but then was told that they are normally open on Saturdays, just not today, and I would have to wait until Monday to get my prescription. I was given personal information as an excuse for why they were closed. Since they had shared this with me, I felt obliged to share my opinion which was that I thought it was very unprofessional. When I finally got my prescription I was informed that I should find a new pharmacy that would be able to better accommodate my needs. Ok, message received! If they don’t want my business I will not give it to them! Only use if you enjoy a little mystery regarding whether they will be open or not regardless of posted hours."
