"Must make an appointment to see a travel doctor. East bay lacked good travel doctors and so had to drive down to the South Bay. This clinic was one of the very few decent travel clinics that still offered okay service. Was not interested in paying bloated prices at passport health. I got all the vaccines based on places listed where I would be traveling. They provided covid vaccines and flu shots. Doctors were nice, but front desk made mistakes especially with paperwork."

"I just got my flu shot for FREE. There was no line, and I didn’t wait more than 5 mins. Nurse and the receptionist were very helpful and friendly. Before you go to the clinic, I suggest you to check the times for flu shot."

"This place seems to be understaffed and customer service is not a concern for them. They open @ 9am see few patients and it time to go to lunch for a hour and 1/2. The travel clinic needs to shut it doors if they are not serve their purpose, which is serving paying customers period."

"Guys this place is wacked. Feels like 1 nurse and 1 psr just come for the sake to show up at work. I dont think so they work here. Just to get 2 vaccine took more than 2 and half hours and only 2 patient in lobby including me. Need more training at get better/faster people to work and some county place like this."
