"Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I went with SuperCare because of a recommendation from my insurance carrier... choosing SuperCare over other DME oxygen providers. I have had nothing but issues with them over the last year that they have had my account. They consistently provide equipment that does not work (I am currently on my 4th portable oxygen concentrator that is now also malfunctioning), getting replacement equipment is impossible, I did troubleshooting on my own portable oxygen concentrator with the technician over the phone and discovered that one of the portable concentrators I had been provided had not been properly serviced between the time someone else had it and it was given to me. The local delivery gentleman, while friendly at times, delivers in a beat-up white windowless van that is extremely unprofessional looking... there is no identification on the van as to it being from SuperCare. I have asked in the past to have someone from leadership contact me and have not received a call back. Just again followed up on my currently malfunctioning portable oxygen concentrator and was told it would probably be at least ANOTHER week until they could possibly provide a replacement. Do Not Go With This Company. There are plenty of other providers out there!"
"I had called 3 days ago for replacement on Zen o lite that has check vent then maintenance required messages on it. Today m being told that it will be delivered Monday. I offered to pickup myself they won't deliver it tomorrow coz they told me it's not hospital discharge or an emergency. They just diagnosed me from the other side of the phone. How convenient for them. Seriously!!!"
"Medi-cal should be ashamed to use an unprofessional company like this. It will be September tomorrow and I have been waiting for nebulize since March. April 2021 they said they didn’t get the referral. April 2021 called again and they said they didn’t get the referral. The clinic who wrote it have now sent it over for the 3rd time. Finally received a call that they were shipping it out and they would send a tracking number once it was shipped. I never received the tracking number then called on 8/13/21 and was told there were 2 delivery attempts and the price was returned. Called again 8/31/21 and now is being told that the referral expired in June. I told them I just spoke with them on 8/13/21 and no one mentioned the referral expired. Now they have to start over. They are not qualified to handle this and is very rude as if they have to defend themselves all day for not being equipped."
"Took forever to get supplies reordered. I Doc had to fax prescription 3 times and called last two times to ensure prescription was received. Was told I'd be called within 24 hours but was not. Called 48 hrs later and was asked what supplies were needed. If I hadn't called, would have never received supplies or call, I'm sure. Had to pick up supplies in person due to impending international trip as they could not guarantee 3 business day turnaround from central supply. Very frustrating experience."
