"Absolutely no parking. I had to drive around for 25 minutes at 9 am to find parking. Pharmacy service is also extreamly slow."

"This Pharmacy is the best out of all the Kaiser pharmacies. They seem to be the only one that is able to get my medicine in stock within a reasonable amount of time. They have even gone out of their way to order my medication that they found it in another state. When the first Kaiser pharmacy just told me that they would not be able to Get it for another couple of Months and this is my migraine medicine that is non narcotic but it is also non generic so for some reason Kaiser doesn't want to mail it to me Anymore because it's name brand even though they used to mail it to me. They all of a sudden switched it to generic and when I told them I didn't want generic they said well we can't mail it to you anymore. But it wasn't this pharmacy it was a policy of Kaiser I guess."

"This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever visited. The staff is rude and no one really cares if there is a line waiting to open up a window or stop socializing to address patients. This type of terrible customer service is unfortunate. I will definitely be getting all my prescriptions elsewhere."
