"Now that PPM and Real Property Management have merged LOOK OUT! I worked with PPM for years, and gave them thousands of dollars as my management company of three properties I own in Eureka. I found them to be very uncooperative when listening to my concerns, and even less cooperative when it comes to helping me keep my property rented. I was constantly having to list my own property and feed them the prospects. The straw that broke the camels back, was their maintenance dept. Not only are they completely incompetent, they are rude as hell! DO NOT!!! let these people run your business for you, be proactive and lookout for yourself, its usually all you got. The worst of the worst, the accounting. And frankly isn't that what its all about, the money. Don't let them steal your money! Renters beware, Landlords be warned."
