"I usually come here for my blood test and it was in and out in 15-20 mins. It is not busy before 9 am. Staff are great and plenty of parking. Free WiFi too with clean restrooms"

"I love One Medical how they do things. i love how they're very good at keeping your appointment time. yeah it's a slight membership fee but there are ways to get a deal on that and it's so worth it if you think about the time you save. Priscilla Tang was amazing! great sense of humor and she actual listened to what i was saying. I am very impressed. Because i had something come up i needed to be out quickly. I needed lab work done and instead of just saying ok and brushing it off, she went down to Jacob and had him expedite me so i can get out on time. Bare in mind it was my fault and they still did what they can to accommodate me. best customer service ever. Oh and Jacob, awesome sense of humor also. makes me want to get more lab work just so i can sit there and laugh."

"Charged $772 for a follow-up office visit, which was requested by the doctor as she thinks my FREE virtual visit is not enough to review a previous physical exam report. Then got charged $549 for an office visit (when I was coughing and having low fever). The doctor measured my blood pressure, checked my throat, listened to my lung, and asked about my symptoms. The doctor is kind and patient, but is that consulting worth $549? No."

"I would give them zero star if needed, the management is horrible. last year I went there for a doctor appointment and literally I am with the doctor only for no more than 5 mins, guess what? I received a bill of 340 dollars ONLY FOR 5 MIN check up with NOTHING ELSE! with the insurance it come down to 204 but still for 5 mins and no medication, it is greedy and insane charge. Worst thing come worst, I tried to negotiate with them l but they kept on telling me talk to my insurance company. First of, if you guys didn't let me know how much would cost as I went to emergency service before and that only cost me 80 dollars. Secondly, the service is only 5 MIN and NO medication provided!! Now they are letting collecting agency to handle the charge but I will let you know that I will try to pursue small court and other legal services to against you guys. Stay away from this place!!!!"
