"Super under-staffed, disorganized. I submitted a prescription that was ready to order twice last week – they canceled it both times, with no explanation. Ended up just requesting it at Redwood City, no problems. It's worth the extra drive to go to RWC or Santa Clara and avoid this pharmacy."

"Efficient well-run pharmacy with helpful staff. Took off one star for having to learn the 3 part process Kaiser pharmacies use - check-in separate window from pickup windows separate from consultation window. Regarding pharmacy hours listed as 6:30pm, this was a Google issue as they refused to update the correct 5:30pm closing time for months after I and others reported it."

"I wish I could say good things about this pharmacy. They people behind the counter are kind and I don't blame them. I was told that my precription would be down at the Mountain view pharmacy. It was not and they didn't have it in RWC either. So I ended up having to go to Santa Clara. I am handicapped and have constant pain when I walk. It's not just this pharmacy but this one is particularly bad. Why do I have to jump through so many hoops to get my medication.? This system is in need of repair."

"They close at 5:30, I submitted corrections twice to Google maps but it still shows 6:30. Also they are gone by 5:30, it’s a hard stop, don’t show up at 5:31, lights are off and the doors are locked. Very disappointed."

"This pharmacy is FAILING to provide timely meds…I heard the phrase “ some meds are delayed, out of stock” said again and again to people at the pharmacy. This happened after I went online to preorder my meds and got the error message that the pharmacy couldn’t fill my order; they didn’t have the meds available. I went in person and was told 5 days from now they should be available. I would receive my prescription earlier doing mail order! Point blank, at present don’t just rely on this pharmacy having your meds. Call ahead."
