"I have been forced to return to this pharmacy which I hate because of past bad experiences. My Doctor put in two prescriptions and when I checked on line, it said they were out of stock. I asked how long it would take to receive the medicine but all they would tell me is it might be in the next day or it may not. She could not give me a reasonable answer. That stinks because I will run out of my medicine in a couple of days. One star because I have been abused here before. If I could put no stars I would."

"There is something seriously wrong at this pharmacy. I've been going there, for, probably 5 yrs, and the service has gone to hell. I'm going to switch pharmacies, I'm just not sure if this is throughout Walgreens', or just this one. One star is to indicate a very bad review."

"The pharmacist and the assistant in this pharmacy are scandalous. I made it to the pharmacy at 5:58pm and there was a 4people line. By the time it was my turn, they shut the window on my face. I called this office a couple days ago and was informed they close at 7pm so I came here at 6:30pm yesterday, they were closed. Another gentleman also was misinformed and showed up at 6:30. I explained my situation to the pharmacy staff. They had no compassion and still shut the window in front of me. I'm a healthcare worker and I have not seen someone like this. Whoever that pharmacist is, she DOES NOT deserve her license. I will find out who she is and will report to the board."

"Absolutely the worst customer service and never pick up phone ever. Never have medicine in even though they know pick up ever month for the last 10+ years. They never tell the truth when medicine will be ready. And some of the staff are extremely rude. Please think twice before coming here. Edited: I found out recently that there are less people answering the phones. I have changed my 1 star to a 2 star. But still meds are never ready on time when they are supposed to be. It is still very frustrating."

"NEVER EVER USE THEIR PHARMACY - unless you want to wait hours and hours for your prescriptions. I have a child barley turned 2 months and every time I get perscriptions and come it’s a more than 40ish minutes wait and try going inside and the line is just as bad. DONT RECOMMEND DRIVE TO RICHMOND INSTEAD"
