"I’ve purchased flooring from here for years, for several properties but this last time, I referred my daughter and son in law there and I’ll never again! I will take our business elsewhere! The installer who is also a salesperson was rude and has been contacted multiple times since July to please come and fix a few spots, he claims they have contacted my daughter several times but she has only received a message one time and the time they wanted to come fix it didn’t work with my daughters schedule and now of course they will not respond to my daughter! Still claiming they messaged with no response so my husband said if you can’t get ahold of her to contact him and gave his number, again…no response! Really not impressed! Also after the installer (also the salesman that sold the flooring to us) was done installing the flooring stated that this particular flooring has had multiple issues and he had been trying to get the store to stop selling it! Wow! Unreal!"

"Looking for carpet for a new addition. Prices were very competitive, salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to our schedule and needs. Would recommend this place and salesman, Bryce, to others looking for carpeting."

"Came in with complete drawing of areas I wanted flooring for. Discussed transition areas of each room and nose piece for stairs in living room. Showed him on drawing what I wanted flooring for with measurements of the walls. He calculated square footing and gave me an estimate. Come to find out after ordering and paying for floor he calculated only square footage for less than half the project and not even the room with the transition pieces and nose piece. Now I didn’t ask price for square foot and was mostly concerned with bottom line “the price”. So I am at fault there. I just don’t understand how it was so wrong and nothing was offered but a refund. Not great experience and wasted 3-4 weeks of my time and gas! Very disappointed this was not done correctly. Would not recommend them or trust they are experts?"

"We are happy with the carpet and padding we purchased. However I would recommend going somewhere else for carpet given our experience with installers. The installers were unreliable and unprofessional. The first installer David provided the quote and never showed up to the job after stating he would have three installers come to finish the job in one day. The alternate installer Kyle consistently showed up four hours after scheduled time, which meant that we took two additional days off work in order for him to finish the job. We were told that installers would take $100 off our bill due to inconvenience of the job taking longer and installers not coming on time. This was never applied to the bill."
