"We got a prescription filled in less than 20 minutes. That is a CVS record for us. Town and Country is a nightmare though, parking, pedestrians and traffic makes this place hard to visit."

Really, how hard is it to staff a CVS? Not really the people’s fault, this is every cvs on the peninsula. It’s gotta be management."

"Cashier, obviously hates her job. Very grumpy. Lectured me that the waiting line, for the cashier was supposed to go down a different aisle. I informed the Cashier, that I have never been here before, and I will definitely never be back now, and that I fell in line behind the other customers, verses starting my own separate line, possibly causing a conflict with the other customers. I am not used to getting poor quality customer service at a CVS, so I was a little shocked. Having just came from 6 hours of Chemotherapy, I could have done without the attitude."
