Walgreens Pharmacy

"This pharmacy is my version of hell. I've spent hours on the phone with them trying to transfer prescriptions. I've gone without medication for days because they couldn't transfer a prescription properly. They've overcharged me multiple times because they used a coupon instead of my insurance to process a prescription. No matter the time of day, only 2 people are working and the line is 4-6 people deep. Do everything you can to avoid this place!"

"This lady who says her name is Teresa, is super rude and impatient. Called at 4pm on Saturday Jan 6th. Kept interrupting me, didn’t care to listen to my questions and started yelling at me on the phone. When I thanked her at the end of the call she just hung up without saying anything. Worst Walgreens ever. Been going here for three years but switching to cvs from now on. Walgreens needs better staff."

"I wish I could give zero stars to this Walgreens pharmacy. It's the worst place to pick up your medicine. They tell you to wait thirty minutes but it takes an hour, even if the medication was ordered five days ago. Why do they even have the pharmacy, close it and just have the store. It's the same thing every time. Wait in line, wait for another hour and wait for days."

"The service here is awful. They don’t fill prescriptions on a reliable schedule, I’ve had to call in multiple times to get the script filled. And there’s always a long line to receive your prescription. If only our insurance would work with CVS…"

"The pharmacy here is horrible. I called on my lunch hour at 1:30 and the pharmacist told me it would be ready in 30mins. I came to pick it up at 515pm. With on girl at the window the wait was long 35 mins to get told my RX was not ready and I have to wait 20 more minutes. The pharmacist has no since of urgency. Which is absurd to be since I’m in health care. We all hustle in health care!"
