"Scheduled an appt (for today) to have them quote a new furnace. A little more than an hour before the appt, received a call asking what our budget is so they know if it’s worth it to travel the distance to keep the appt. The other reason “we are the best in the business so our prices are a little higher”… so are you asking whether or not we can afford your services? Not a very professional way to gain a potential new customer. Why schedule the appt in the first place if it is outside your normal business area, not to mention OUR time taken off of work in order to be there for the appointment that didn’t happen! Needless to say, we’ve gone with another company who had no issues traveling to our home to give us a quote and didn’t ask what our budget was."

The key to comfort has now been out to clean our ducts, service our furnace multiple times (it was a very old unit that we were not ready to replace) witch they were immensely informative and were there to help not to push a new unit. Until we were finally ready for a new furnace and to install an AC. They are truly enjoyable folks to work with and we could never be more thankful."

"My furnace needed to be repaired every couple years. It seemed to break down in the evenings. Dave would be there asap and get it up and running. I was known as his late night customer. Finally, after another evening fix, I decided to get a new hvac system and it was an easy decision to stay with their company. My new furnace was installed in the winter and they returned in the spring to hook up the air conditioner. Weber (installer) had to go in my crawl space. I happened to be using my dryer and he saw my venting had come apart. Before he told me any of this, he had put it back together and properly taped it. He showed me pictures after it was done. I definitely would call this going above and beyond his job and looking out for their clients."

"Just want to say what an outstanding business this is. They are very good at what they do and treat you more like family than a client. They do not pressure you either. They serviced my old AC and my oil furnace for years and did an outstanding job. Never had a problem with them even though they were very old. Their work was outstanding. I had them install a new gas furnace and a new AC unit last year. Not because my old ones were not working because they made sure they were working every year. Just needed to upgrade. Price and service was exceptional. I highly recommend them for your all your AC, furnace, duct cleaning, etc. Also recommend their service contracts they offer. I have one and would not be without it."
