Installation crew led by Jose was absolutely amazing. They installed luxury vinyl planks over a large area in the basement and carpet on the stairs quickly and without any damage to the house (including freshly painted walls). I have already recommended Carpet City to others and they have also been very satisfied with sales and installation. Highly recommended and I will use them again for any future flooring needs."

"I bought a house in June of 2015. The carpet and flooring needed to be replaced. I heard go things about Carpet City, so I went there to see what they had for carpet and vinyl tile. I was somewhat hesitant to have a salesperson help me because they are always so pushy. I was surprise how friendly they were at carpet city. They greeted me when I walked in and asked if I would like some help or just look around. A big relief. I looked around and then had some questions. The staff was great about getting me the information I needed and samples, no pressure. I didn't feel like I had to buy something that day and I didn't, but I returned and bought all my flooring for my new house from Carpet City. The products I bought were MADE in the USA and that was important to me. I couldn't find any knowledgeable staff at the box stores and it was hard to compare the level of customer service I received with Carpet City. Now the installment... Carpet City recommended an installer and help me schedule a time to install the flooring. The installer did a GREAT job and did it in a timely matter. My house looks beautiful.I feel I received a good value and a quality product from Carpet City. I think they have Great customer service and I feel they helped me find the right flooring for my needs.
