"Pharmacy is an absolute joke here. The clown who answers the phone will repeatedly cut women off and talk over them, and the moment one gets frustrated with it and asks him not to do this, he’ll tell them to calm down and then he’ll hang up. Class act."

"The Asian female pharmacist is one of the most rude people I’ve met in my life. Very condescending and wouldn’t even talk directly to me. She’s murmur something to the intern and have him talk to me. I was picking up antibiotics, but she made me feel like what I needed mattered and even would consult with me. I do feel like she stereotyped me because I was wearing a beanie and hoodie, so on top of being rude she’s probably racist as well. Safeway you have to do better, either let this lady go or put her through some sensitivity training."

"The associate who works behind the counter is by far one of the worst customer service associate I’ve ever encountered. The first time I was there I stood at the window 10 minutes while he was yelling and screaming and gossiping with his colleague. Then he finally acknowledged me from Wayback in the room and yelled can I help you. I had to yell back yes I needed a prescription filled. He only then walked up to the window and begrudgingly took the prescription from my hand. And it only got worse from there. My second time there to pick up the medication was not much better. And my last call to refill the prescription was an Even worse experience. Once my refills are done I will be going anywhere but back there."

"I went to get my covid booster as well as the flu shot, they say that company policies didn’t allowed them to apply both jabs in one arm an had to be each in a different arm. Everywhere else I closing hospitals and real doctors are giving both jabs in one arm, so you can have usability of the other, when requested, they where unable to provide such policy. And then, I guess they were not happy I asked that, the person proceed to put the injections in such a horrible way. Never going back there for vaccines!"

"Wow, I am astonished at the positive feedback. I am guessing those are fake. Notice the multiple pictures of the pharmacy in the post from one month ago has pictures when the store is closed and open, seems like an insider of the grocery store trying to promote their pharmacy. This Pharmacy is never Fast. The grocery store is always super busy, which anyone would know who has been here. The line location is terribly uncomfortable and people consistently are creeping up listening to your private information at check-out. The staff is not friendly or professional. My prescriptions are never ready on-time, I always have to call in to have them prepared even my regular monthly prescriptions. They're super slow. A two person line might as well be 30min of my day. I highly suggest finding a walgreens or CVS in your area as this pharmacy is the absolute worst I've ever tried to use. I am done here forever after my most recent experience."
