"Update as of 2023, 5 years after installation: Many piece starts to separate at the butt joint (see attached images) at my rental. This place only provide 1 year warranty so it is not helpful. The manager refused to submit manufacturer claim without me providing personal info and home adfress. They also blamed the house is moving or my tenant is wrecking the floor without looking at it. Iwon't recommend them as the installer. The contracted out the installation to someone else who does not seemed very professional. The installer took of my closet door without agreeing to put all of them back. They also put the closer door out on the deck. If I have not discover it my door will be wrecked. The carpet has minor debris before they take off, they said they need to clean them because they need to recycle carpet! Then they said it will take only 2 hour to clean the debris, which I can clean in one hour with a vacuum, but they charged me 4 hours of cleaning labor with 2 person, 65 dollar each and said that's what it took. I can't proof that they really took 4 hours because I was not their, so they can just say any hours they want. All in all, it took them 8 man hour to do 1 hour of work. Dishonest and unprofessional. BTW, can you see all of their Goggle Review said nothing about the carpet? Those five stars review tricked me. Those remaining Google Review is just fake"

"To say they do a good job is an understatement! They installed both carpet and rubber gym flooring and carpet in our home. The rubber gym flooring is so good you can’t even see where the pieces connected. Manny is very good with communication and knowledgeable."

"Sadly we cannot recommend Junge Flooring.... My mother, who is 89 years old and partially disabled, contracted with them back in January 2021 to repair water damaged hardwood flooring in her kitchen and laundry room. It wasn't a large job, but it took forever to start. Then the problems came up that Junge Flooring said were related to defective materials they used. To date ( 6 months later) my mother's flooring is still not completed and Junge Flooring is no longer returning our calls for follow up. To have an elderly person, who uses a wheel chair and walker, subjected to such disorder is truly unconscionable. They left the carpet pulled up, trim uninstalled, flooring cut up, scrap materials on piles in the living room. Just very sad.... And they haven't been back since.... Update We did hear back from Junge (after this review was published). There are always two sides to every story. We had another flooring company look at the materials and installation. They stated that white and red oak was mixed together in the floor - which is why there is such a color difference. But Junge said this was acceptable. The flooring itself was from China(?). The entire event has just been a train wreck. My mother has decided to just move on and have someone else fix the flooring."
