"After receiving a confirmation and booking number, they proceeded to cancel my booking without letting me know. They say they sent an email, but I never received it in any inbox box or spam. How about 2 or 3 emails? How about a call back. A week from my trip now, scrambling to get flights again at a much higher rate. Lost lots of presious time and money. When i made them aware of the issue, Tiffany sent a nice email stating they sent a notice, but I believe it to be untrue. I will never use them again and save myself the extra trips to the bathroom because I'm stressed out about not having flights booked. More time saved! Win win. Following up to your reply? Yes I said I received the email with your bogus confirmation number and booking number. That's why I thought all was well. I have the email from my financial institution stating the fraud attempt immediately after that email, which I called and approved the charge. So I thought all was well again. That's exactly where the correspondence stopped. Shame on me for not double checking. But you say you tried to reach out... I'm not buying it. Hearsay at this point. You say you sent it. I didn't get it. Thanks for the reply tho. Those I got."

"If I could give zero stars that’s would I would give. Worst customer service ever. Emailed customer support with a question and was told I had to call customer service. When I called, I requested a call back rather than wait on hold. They called back within two minutes and then was left on hold for 27 minutes. No apology noted for the wait time. The agent was rude. The $200 credit that was given last year because of poor customer service is blocked and I am unable to use. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for another 20 mins. My time is as important as theirs and there isn’t enough money in the world that would make me book a flight through CheapAir again"

"Do not use any coupon codes if you expect you may need to use their price drop guarantee or whatever they call it. I had a $10 off promo code on my booking and they wouldn’t honor their policy plainly stated on their website because I saved $10 on my airfare. A complete joke. Will never use them again. Google will hopefully put them out of business."

"I booked tickets for ten people and they called back within an hour and said the price would be $30 more per ticket. Don't use them."
