"Cool venue, but floor table seating is way too cramped and hot. Ended up going to the side and standing by the bar area where the AC was blowing. They need to take out two rows of tables and limit the chairs, so customers and staff can get thru. Otherwise food was good (not great), staff were friendly and sound/staging was great."

"This was our first time at The Canyon. To enter we had to wait in line for quite a while, as we watched a disorganized messy process of people being seated. Once seated we kept on waiting for our food to arrive, it didn't. After complaining to the staff, it was determined our seating location was misplaced so they couldn't find us to serve the food. The food itself was not well made. It was tough and cold. The chicken in particular was like cutting into and eating cardboard. Save yourself the money and pass on the very expensive yet awful meal. There are many choices for a meal in the plaza. I suggest eating ahead of the show and entering The Canyon at 8:00 pm for the main band. No need to be seated on the really uncomfortable and tightly packed chairs, get a standing ticket. The main staff and the bartenders were nice and attempted to make it a positive experience. The sound was painfully loud we had to get earplugs. (at $2 per pair) The opening band tried hard but they just weren't good. We loved the headline band and enjoyed their performance. Overall the poor experience of the venue outweighed the enjoyment of the band we came to see. We will not be back."
