"If I could give the African woman 0 stars or minus , I would. She is a horrible human that has zero people skills and NO empathy. She yelled at a lady in her 80's this evening - and not because she couldn't hear her, but because the elderly lady COULD NOT UNDERSTAND HER. She has always been extremely rude to every customer I've seen interacting with her , including me. SHE SHOULD NOT BE A PHARMACIST OR WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRE HER."
