Reviews
"CVS Pharmacy was one I could always count on. I just found out that two of them, Elmira and Monte Vista get their meds from one warehouse and the Harbison one uses a different one. While you can get the prescriptions transferred from one to another, the Elmira one did not keep me informed of how long it would take to get a simple RX. Finally I called the Harbison store and they transferred it and filled it within the hour."
"Monday 11/20/2023 10:15 am: This review is based on my initial and only visit to the CVS inside the Safeway store on Harbison Drive, Vacaville. I walked up to the CVS counter. There was no employee behind the counter. I moved to and stood behind the counter clearly designated as the consultation area…as opposed to either the PICKUP area or the DROP OFF area. At that time I realized I was not the only customer in CVS. This lovely lady was sitting to my left partially hidden behind a partition that I later discovered was there to afford some privacy for folks who were receiving vaccinations and such. Within a couple of minutes I, in a light hearted attempt to speak with someone…anyone, I said “anybody body home”? It was at that moment a woman popped her head out from behind the partition. She asked me: “Are you here for a pickup”? I replied: “No, I’m here to ask a question”. The woman (giving the shot) looked a little put out that I was standing there under a sign that was clearly designated for consulting with a pharmacist. Her attitude and the rude way she asked me to move away from the area in which I was occupying was upsetting and totally inappropriate and unnecessary. After a brief back and forth of words. Another girl peeped towards me from around the rear of the other side of the counter: and again I was asked if I was there for a pickup. I explained no, I was there to ask some questions. She mumbled something and then turned and went back to wherever she had come from. At this point, things escalated. The employee behind the partition tried to pressure me into clearing out of the area I had been occupying. I told her to go ahead and give the lady her shot. I wasn’t paying any attention to what she was doing behind the partition. I had no interest whatsoever in what was going on. She then got a little bit nasty; and, in so many words she told be to leave. By now I’m agitated and angry. I started to walk off. Then I stopped, turned around, sat down and said: “I don’t think I will leave”. I am a 79 year old gentleman. I’m a disabled Vietnam veteran. I know now that I am fighting a losing battle. It was obvious I would not be returning to do any business at this location. I recently moved from Fairfield to Vacaville. I came into the CVS Pharmacy with the intention to make that CVS my store where I would pick up all my prescription medications going forward. I’ll be choosing one of two other CVS’s in Vacaville. I formally frequented the CVS on North Texas in Fairfield for over 10 years without incident."
"It was a pretty good experience i wouldn't complain my order was ready to pick up on time and cashier was really friendly so is nice and pleasant experience"
"Honestly one of the best pharmacies in the area. I’ve never been treated poorly or talked to rudely at this location like all the other CVS pharmacies in the area. The staff are always helpful and friendly."
"All employees are so friendly and helpful. I've been using this pharmacy spot years before they became CVS and I had doubts when they changed to CVS, if the family friendly atmosphere would change. No change, helpful and friendly continues. There pharmacist, Millie has been there many years and is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready and willing to do whatever it takes to help and solve any problem that might arise. If looking for a good pharmacy, this is the one, you won't be disappointed!"
