"Pharmacy service is useless, inefficient and horrible.. the queue is always painfully long and the people serving do nothing about it."

"Walgreens needs to update their Pharmacy hrs, especially for people that work, this is my 3rd attempt to get my antibiotics the Dr. thinks I'm already taking. If you are temporary closing your Pharmacy early, you need to be considerate, and kind enough to think of your customers. & change your hours both on the site & at your store, please think of your customers with respect. Show consideration & Kindness. If you say closes at 9 pm but you actually closed at 4pm then let your customers know, without customers you would not be in business. One day is understandable but if this is a temporary prolonged issue, then Freaking say so."

"Absolute disaster of a pharmacy! Constantly having issues with prescriptions only being 1/2 filled, ready for pickup notices but when you get there they aren’t and extremely slow. Most recent was booked for a 2pm appointments for flu shot. Followed the instructions and got there 15 minutes before appointment with paperwork completed. Pharmacy was closed until 2:45. The manager’s response to the scheduled appointment they wouldn’t be able to fulfill was sorry- these things happen. Don’t tell me to book appointments online to prevent issues but than not have anyone there to see us!"

"I’ve happily been a customer at this Walgreens (pharmacy) for several years now. The staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The one star I’ve removed is for my recent online purchase for 1-2 day delivery for a very important medication that I needed for a bad infection. I was too sick to pick it up. I paid online on Friday and received the confirmation that said my medication would arrive in 1-2 business days. The pharmacy is open on the weekends, but even if FedEx wasn’t open Sunday or Memorial Day (not sure), it should’ve been delivered by Tuesday at the latest. I didn’t receive this very important medication until Thursday, nearly a week after I paid online. When I called FedEx to complain and ask about the delay, I was told that Walgreens had just given it to them Tuesday. My thing is this: this medication was for a serious bacterial infection that I was too sick to drive over and get. Had I known it would be almost a week before I could get it in my system, my son would’ve walked across town and picked it up. Secondly, I spoke to a FedEx driver who informed me that there is no cooler section in their trucks and that if it was supposed to stay cool, the pharmacy should have packed it with ice. And he added that it gets “extremely hot back there”. That medication was not to be in hot temperatures. Period. And it sat in a HOT FedEx truck for days. 2, at least. If we aren’t actually guaranteed to receive our medication within “1-2 business days” as promised, don’t promise or offer that service. I recently recovered from sepsis a couple months back, thankfully. I don’t need it again. That’s not a risk I would willingly take. This was not the first time my medications didn’t arrive within 1-2 business days. This was simply the most important medication and the last time I use this “service”. I’ve now been on the medication for a week and it’s not working. Is it because it sat in the heat all that time? I guess I’ll never know. Symptoms should improve after 3 days on Vancomycin, per my doctor. After day 10, I’ll have to try an even stronger medication. This time it’ll be picked up in person. Never again through the “free delivery service”. The pharmacy itself, overall, is still better than Walmart, Raleys, Target and CVS, in my opinion."

"Have been a long time customer at this location for my pharmaceutical needs. The pharmacy staff is always friendly, patient, and helpful when dealing with the nightmare of insurance, lack of insurance, refills, and a variety of other special circumstances( like unpleasant customers!) Special shout out to Lisa who is so friendly and helpful and has calmed me down from time to time when I run into problems with my insurance or prescriptions. She goes above and beyond to help me feel less anxiety when these problems arise. Thank you all for being so professional and compassionate!"
