"I worked for this company briefly in early 2017 as a sorter. It was my job to come in during the early morning hours and set up the pallets for processing the orders. This only paid $11.00 per hour at the time and was incredibly lonely, mentally taxing work as I felt increased pressure to clean out the debris left in the pallets from the day prior in addition to my other duties. There was simply not enough time for one person to set up the whole warehouse and, when I brought these concerns to a supervisor, they told me, "You'll get better, don't worry!" Needless to say, I felt unappreciated and unsupported and left the job shortly after I started. They could not pay me enough to endure the isolation and emotionally taxing nature of this work. Please never work for them!"

"Either terrible organization or incredibly inefficient processes here. Between Fastenal Burnsville and corporate, I'm just trying to pick up my order that I was notified multiple times but instead of making it right for the customer the first time, they rather you come up in multiple trips despite (1) notifying the customer that all items are ready for pick up, (2) refusing to utilize store inventory to fulfill order, (3) someone failed to properly handle the order pick up processing as corporate confirmed it was received by the store, and (4) the CSRs blatantly disclosed that they have knowledge or interest in helping with 'online orders'. It's no surprise the number of lawsuits this company has been cited for in recent years."

"Easy access to parking and docks. Overnight parking available for trucks. Receiving opens at 6am and it is pretty much fcfs. Go to the fleet building receiving (dock 4), although you are not a fleet member (second entrance to the left after the bridge). In and out under two hours."
